I think in terms of ability matching assignment that Vinson and Rogan have been called on to do more. Berry is simply a freak of nature.

I have to go with Berry.. Vinson...

I have a hard time going with Gerald Jones just due to the fact that you really only saw him against kentucky and in the SEC Championship game and a few other scattered plays in the season...

Will he be a force next year! Yes!

Next year.. with all the speed we will have on both sides of the ball... i feel we won't be stopped!

Go VOls!:clapping:

Nick Reviez has made an impact on ST. Pretty big deal to see a local walk-on (and legacy) helping out our return teams. Another informed poster (justin) said he may get a look at LB in the future.

All the other highly-touted Fr were already mentioned so he's mine.

My crush on Berry is posted throughout, but I also like the way Rogan comes down the field looking to kill someone...adding Donald next year should also be a delight :crossfingers:GO VOLS

all of them they each contributed in their own way and made this team better.... without each of them it would have been a losing season. Each of them contributed single handily to a win this year in one aspect or another.

1. Berry
2. Lincoln
3. Jones
4a.Vinson
4b. Rogan
5. Reviez

Berry is on another level. If he doesn't improve one bit, he'll still be an All-American here.

Lincoln is underrated. Seamless transition from Wilhoit to him

Jones, had he been healthy all season, would be talked about in the same light as Berry.

You have to be a phenom to start out at WR, then halfway through your freshman year be starting at CB. That's a testament to his athletic ability

Rogan did it all year in practice. He finally got a chance to do it in a game and look what happens. He's also proved to be a serviceable DB

Reviez is a walk-on who beat out several scholarship athletes to find playing time on special teams.

Thats not possible. Rivals did not give him enough stars to be an "impact" player.

Nice one :good!:

Don't get me wrong, I love watching the 5* guys live up to their billing (and we must have them) but I also love to watch the rare guy who no one wanted but ends up proving people wrong. Like a JJ McCleskey type

Eric Berry

Lincoln was pathetic the last few weeks of the season.

he played bad in the KY game and missed 1 kick in the LSU game...I know he also missed a 51 yarder, but do you really expect a true freshman to make it?...he even had the distance

W/O Lincoln we would NOT be in the SECCG

Any kicker other than Lincoln and we would have beaten Vandy and KY without scares, and probably beaten LSU.

You take your other kicker and I'll take Lincoln. Lincoln's misses were from 41,47,51, and 30. The 30 yarder was bad but every kicker misses a chipshot every now and then, look at Vinaterri. We would have lost to Vandy with their kicker so there goes that logic right there.
