Favorite downloaded games

I was wondering if anyone here ever downloads from Xbox Live Arcade or PSN. I've downloaded some demos to some older games (Duke Nukem 3D, Double Dragon, Castlevania), but only a couple full games (Contra, Doom). What say y'all?

I know, I know....it's an old game, but I got Need for Speed: Shift on PSN. It's a good game. Takes you through a LOT of racing series up to the GT3 World Championships. I haven't gotten that far yet, though.
