CRB. Incredible man. Great coach. He brings in boys and shapes them into great men that, as a fan, I can be proud of. Love watching his guys grow on and off the court. And we win a lot. That helps too.

Vitello is my favorite and it is not really remotely close. Best personality, great person, has a lot of attitude and moxy, and clearly has buy in from his players. Also, he has a ring.

I like Huepel for what he has done here, but personality wise he just doesn't really stand out much. Just seems like a nice guy off the field and a good coach on.

I like Caldwell so far. She seems like she wants to win at the highest level, good personality, but hasn't been here long enough to form an opinion on her.

Weekly is good as well. Well spoken and a pretty good coach.

Barnes.....I love him off the court. He is a great spiritual leader for young men. I have already gotten into it with folks here about how I feel about him on the court, but not looking to do that here. I will just leave it with the positive.

Yes I agree. And when I look at who is my favorite coach…not choosing Rick would be simply absurd. His personality is hilarious and clearly he’s a HOF coach. Our program is among the best in college basketball but the respectability he has garnered for the program from top to bottom is without question. I’m afraid some will not recognize it until he’d gone.

Have to pick Rick as my favorite.

It’s gonna be a really sad day when he retires.

I'm not even a huge basketball fan and I like having Barnes in charge of the program in Knoxville.

I sleep pretty easy at night knowing there is basically 0 chance of me waking up to some huge scandal in the basketball program I will have to spend the day defending to my coworkers lol.

Obvious answer is Tony V. because he's won it all; but I'll personally miss Barnes the most when he leaves. He's done some incredible things here and it feels like he's been the coach here for 20 years even though it's not been that long. I'm not sure we will find another coach who can find players from small schools that I've never heard of and turn them into high NBA draft picks. He's a once in a lifetime type of coach. Aside from the obvious reasons I really would like to see him get the big one before his time is done.
