It’s been clear for a while that Fauci is a self-serving bureaucrat and liar. These emails don’t surprise me in the least. He’s truly a reprehensible person and doesn’t belong anywhere near a position requiring public trust.

Gah! Come on! Really???

Does every scandal have to end in -gate? Have we not advanced enough as a species in 50+ years that we can't come up with a better naming scheme?

Now I wish Fauci would slink away just so we can get past another bad scandal name.

There’s A LOT that 1) never made sense to begin with and 2) clearly shows self contradictions and conflicts of interest in Fauci’s approach to this whole thing. I’m stopping short of saying conspiracy, I just think it’s entirely possible Fauci has a vested interest outside and beyond the taming of Covid 19. Options open.

He fought to control the narrative and was a huge part in shutting down the economy. His lies caused massive issues across the country and actually led to deaths. He chose the spotlight and should own the consequences of his actions

Very easy to say that in retrospect. But if Fauci would have stayed on the science and what he was thinking behind the scenes on these emails, there would have been no problems. The issue is that right around the end of March or early April of 2020, it became evident that he was pandering to the media. Had Trump pulled him off the stage, we all know that the media would have then portrayed Fauci as a martyr and he would have still been given a mic by the CNNs and ABCs of the world.

I don't disagree with that. We are all operating under the benefit of hindsight but Faucis nonsense is why I think he needs to face the music and not Trump, Not Biden.

Had he take the microphone away from Fauci he would have been crucified by the media and other Fauci worshippers. He was stuck.

He did make it apparent many times he didn’t agree with Fauci’s assessments.
