And just think if they hadn't fumbled at the endzone AND they hadn't thrown a pick on the very first play. AND if they picked off our first pass?? They may have put up 31!

It is hard to get pressure when the QB is letting go of the ball in around 1.5 seconds. The dline still hit the QB several times. Press coverage from the dbs would have helped a lot. Very generic defense against BSU.

Zone reads need to account for at least 1/3 of our running game. Hooker’s most dangerous aspect of his game is his running ability. Him being a threat to run opens up a lot more opportunity for the RB

Are you missing the whole 31 TDs to 3 picks last year. His running is a big threat, but not his strongest point.

I’m beginning to get the feeling that the game Saturday may be the coming out party for Heupel. Pitt is ripe for an epic beatdown. Clown-stomping the ranked, reigning ACC champ would be a nice statement. I was thinking it might be a 2 score game, but Narduzzi’s mouth, the ticket debacle, and further analysis of the their close win over WVU are leading me to a different conclusion.
