I still like these movies.

:)

Based on the end scene of the last movie I'm sure Letty will be in it.

I always told myself I would never watch these movies, and then I watched a few and ended up enjoying them. They are stupidly fun.

These movies are like the Transporter franchise, the plot gets more ridiculous as the series goes on. They've been fun, though.

Does it bug anybody else that Han keeps getting included in the movies that don't take place in Tokyo?

...I assume they will address the timeline at some point.

Love the character though.

I'm not the least bit bothered by Han honestly.

They have. The producers recognize the level of cheesedick they're putting to film and just run with it. It's part of the appeal.

Absolutely. They know the movies are dumb. They are great popcorn flicks.

Fast Five was the second best one in the franchise (behind the first). From the trailer it looks like F&F6 could be the Rocky V of the franchise (Rocky IV was solid). Michelle Rodriguez, "Do you believe in Ghosts?" C'mon man.

A franchise killer.

As long as they keep it light, they're good.

For the record, my preference...

The Fast and the Furious
Tokyo Drift
Fast Five
Fast & Furious
2 Fast 2 Furious

Really? I can get liking Fast Five better, but 2 was trying way too hard to be cheesy, and 4 took itself too seriously but was mostly just unmemorable.

I agree.

The Fast and the Furious
Fast Five
Tokyo Drift
Fast & Furious
2 Fast 2 Furious

And there's nothing I love more than the absurdity of serious F&F talk. I enjoy the movies, but I won't deny the campiness. I'm just happy the crew is still living life a quarter of a mile at a time.

edit:

And for fun:

Rocky I
Rocky II
Rock IV

....

Rocky III

..

Rocky Balboa

....let's just forget Rocky V ever happened.
