Suit up or shut up, badass.:zeitung_lesen:I'm aware that we SUCK if we can put Akron away until midway through the 4th qtr. We should have had the game won by mid 2nd qtr. I don't give a crap about a mere win against a team without a freakin' pulse. I EXPECT to dominate those teams and compete head to head with Top SEC teams winning at least as many as we lose. As a fan, I will absolutely not settle for less and will accept no excuses, PERIOD !
You know what your problem is. You only see the world in black and white. Everybody either has their pitchforks out ready to hang Dooley or they're Dooley apologists. Unfortunately for you, the world is far more nuanced than you can (apparently) imagine. Therefore, you are unable to separate out the people who have taken a wait and see approach until the end of the season. You lump those of us who are not ready to fire him tomorrow and project some "Dooley can do no wrong" fantasy on us. We get it. You don't like Dooley. You could have put that in a single thread, nay a single post and have been done with it. However, you are like a cockatoo that knows one phrase and says it over and over and over and over and over. So, how about you give it a rest, cause you come off as petty. Dooley will be here until the end of the season, so save your breath.
It's year 3 man. This next month will prove pretty much everything we want or need to know about this team and staff.
Do you want him gone today?
The first line spot on and, essentially, makes the second (the question) irrelevant. I realized that at the start of the 4th quarter last night.
The next four games belong on Dooley's record... nobody else deserves them. :hi:
Right. This is the first season in his tenure where depth can't be used as an excuse any longer. We have decent talent at several positions. For those that want him gone, you'll probably get your wish this season if we go 0-October plus UGA next week.
Just have to wait and see now.
After those 4 though, depending on the magnitude of the beat downs, and whether Sal is willing, I'd say Hart should think about letting him finish the season as interim--and start the search before waiting on the outcomes of Troy, Vandy, and UK.... all meaningless games whose outcome could only reinforce, but not reverse the fate cast over the next four games.
Essentially, after the next four, Hart should do whatever he thinks helps UT get the best hire and simply consider the last three as moot.
Those were the odds that you start another thread like this if we go down by 7 in the 1st quarter next week
