Fans at Neyland and Thompson

I am an alum, class of '96. While attending the University, I attended almost every home football and basketball game. Having tickets in the student section was a blast, almost everyone was really into the game. Since leaving school I have attended a handful of games, and I have noticed one thing that really burns me up. Getting asked to sit down absolutely pisses me off to no end. I don't stand the entire game, but when the team needs a crucial stop I stand and make noise. People that want to sit in their seats the whole game should have stayed at the house in my opinion. After all, supporting the team and standing and cheering is what homefield advantage is all about.

I was asked to sit down by security at a football game, because someone would rather I sit and keep quiet. I would be interested in seeing what other fans think/feel.
