We lost, it's over. I have never seen so many damn ******* in my life. Support your team when they're winning and losing or get the **** over yourselves. It's embarrassing as hell to see all you whining ass *****es. Sure it hurts to lose a game and it sucks, but it's time to keep moving. Everyone acts like we were going to be a national title contender. There's a huge percentage around here that needs they're jaws wired shut.

8-4 is definitely still in play. Realistically, 9-3 could happen. All the VN prognosticators said 8-4 or 9-3. Well...there's one of the 4 or 3 losses.

It does seem Butch and Co. lack a killer instinct. Hoping that'll change the more time he spends on the national stage.

I don't see a lot of te bashing. I see a lot of coaches bashing. They are the ones at fault. Team played their heart. How can you honestly say that butch jones will get us back? I don't see any progress from Dooley. We've got better skill players, better dan attendance, more fan involvement but the results on the field are the same. That ou team is not good, but we're even worse. Just imagine if ou played like that in the first quarter.

OP,you might be the smartest on this dang site. Thank you. We still can win the sec east or hell even be 2 in the sec east. We win more than 7 games and get to a good bowl game and we are better than last. People in here act as if we just went below 8 losses. Its 1 dang game. GBO

You want us to move on? Dude, the game ended less than 12 hours ago. Why don't you take a break from VN til Wednesday, you might feel better then.

I live in South Carolina so after watching them lose to Kentucky and seeing Arkansas lose to Toledo, I feel better. South Carolina fans are having a bigger meltdown than us (if that's possible). The SEC East all starts with Florida.

I have no problems with the players. They would have won the game if allowed.
Coach Jones didn't allow them to win. He didn't take the proper chances to extend the lead.
He doesn't coach to win, he coaches not to lose.

Yes, those calling for heads on a platter are going too far. But, the fanbase has every right to be pissed about this loss. We had the game won but for the bad coaching. Now, I'm a huge fan of CBJ, but he and DeBord lost this game for us. They got outcoached, pure and simple.

While we have noticeable issues on defense (Jumper-WTF?) I think holding OU to 17 points in regulation is pretty damn good. Our play calling was just terrible. I think fans have a right to an expectation that the coaches will effectively use the weapons the team has. And, when they don't, you gotta know the fanbase is gonna be frustrated.

Again, yes, we have some nutbags that go too far, but I think the fans have every right to be asking some very direct questions after this loss.

Get over yourself. If you can't see the red flags from the last 3 years you're just choosing to be blind to the situation. I'm not calling for CBJ's head right now. However I can tell you this, if he doesn't make some adjustments in his game management and offensive philosophy, he's going to be out of a job within 2 years.

Actually if the players had executed they would have won. Hit the fg, catch a TD pass, don't hold, know where you are in the end zone, etc. The coaches weren't great but they were put in enough situations where they could have won

Please just stop posting. People have the right to be extremely upset at this coaching staff for giving that game away last night. If you don't like it, just shut your hole and log off for a while.

The only two issues I had was (1)not going for it in the first qrt with the momentum. 4th and goal with less than 1yrd, you go for it not take a FG. (2) jumper as the MLB, he should have been sat and talked with after the third penalty for holding.

This staff has left 3 wins on the field in 3 years all because of 2 things, offensive philosophy and game management. You wait and see, if CBJ and his staff doesn't make some serious adjustments in these 2 key areas he will be out of a job in 2 years.

Only an idiot would take a two touchdown lead into the 4th quarter with their defense completely gassed and run a hurry up offense! That is NOT "protecting our lead" as Neyland stated.

For sure. With the way we played last night and compare the rest of the SEC how they played yesterday. Only maybe 3 teams played better than we did and 2 of them aren't on our schedule so we wouldn't see them till ATLANTA! Bama of course and Ole miss and Texas A&M. I think the way the others played we would have won.
