His real name is like Yarborough or something. He is from Middlesboro, KY which is about a mile from the TN line. He supposedly took the name Majors b/c he liked Johnny Majors. He may be related to him somehow.

Lee Majors real name is Harvey Lee Yeary.....some articals you will read
claim they are cousins but actually they are not related.

Out of all these I like Bill Dance the best. Amazes me that someone on this thread didn't know who he is. Must be a really young fan... You should read up on Bill. He was destined for medical school but drove up on a horific car crash and that changed his mind. He became a professional fisherman. I believe it was Bill Battle who got him to wear his famous UT hats if I remember correctly. Anyway, pretty neat story if you are into fishing and such.

I recall seeing a YouTube with John Cena singing "Rocky Top"...it was at a match in Knoxville. I'm sure he wasn't faking it nor just playing to the crowd. Naaaaaah.

Not too long ago, Chesney was interviewed on the sidelines of a Tennessee-Florida game by CBS, or whoever was broadcasting the game. He was proudly repping his favorite team by wearing a white tshirt and a Boston Red Sox hat.

Not a VFL.
