Here is Brad Paisley in his new vid for Country Nation. He's from West Virginia and lives in Tennessee. He only wore the half West Virginia/ half Tennessee jersey in his video. Wore it several times. Also, the first chorus starts out, "We're Mountaineers, and Volunteers." :rock:

Doubt he's a fan I see him all the time around town sporting Memphis gear e probably just wore the UT gear for a cheap pop in Athens.

I did some pretty deep digging on the subject a few years years back while I was still working at WVLT.

From what I remember finding, QT was born in Knoxville while his mother was a student at UT. If I remember correctly. They lived somewhere in South Knoxville during that time.

They moved away while he was still pretty young, but he normally includes Knoxville/East Tennessee references in his films.
