I sat directly in front of Lee Roy Jordan and Bart Starr at a Bama game. Yes, I was in section A, but the tickets were free from my UA donor boss at the time. I was introduced to them during the game and they were both a pleasure to be around.

Not a celebrity story but one of my friends fell IN a Pride of the Southland Band tuba while walking down to our seats in the student section. Needless to say, the tubator was not happy. In the end, the band's version of Mars did not suffer.

When i took some of my Indiana friends down to the South Carolina game a few years ago...we bumped into Jason Witten a few hours before the game. It was their first trip to Neyland and they were able to get a picture with him. Neat for them...although I'm sure for most of you it's common bumping into former players at Neyland. But I enjoyed it because I was trying to make it a memorable trip for them...and it definitely was.

I saw johnny at The Gnome (the old charlie peppers). Also had andy kelly pay for my girl to get into a band party free once cause he hit on her and I drunkenly called him a old dirty pervert. He wasn't pleased but when I said I knew who he was he felt bad for hitting on her and paid for her to get in.

Oh also. Reece witherspoon(SP) went to a all girls school in nashville called Harpeth Hall. My mom went there and does phone donation drives for them. Said she personally called her and she said she would never claim being from the south and all white trash can stick it. Then when she came back to play sweet home alabama or whatever its called she tried to kiss ass and everyone in nashville told her to stick it herself.
