this game is great. definitely a game of the year contendor IMO, despite some of the glitchiness that was present in the last game. finally found my way out of freeside last night and got to new vegas. there's a ton of stuff to do there right now.

Ha yeah that and in key moments you need to save. U don't won't to save the walk ten minutes then die an have to come all way back

is this the best new game out there to buy right now? I finally have $60 to spend whether it be on 360 or pc... I don't think I want 2k11 since I have nba 2k10.

Or is there any other big titles on the horizon?

Also I fallout freezes way to much I looked it up an found that everyone is having problems with the game. Its ridiculous

I have halo and have all the previous Call of Duty games so I may stay away from those types - that's why I was probably going to pick this up or any other type of non-sport/Cod type game.

i like the assasin's creed games, but have alway thought they're a bit overrated. they're more renters than buys IMO.

Helpful hint. Go to novac after 9 pm and in dinosaur mouth and talk to the guy. His wife was takin an he want you to find who it is. Its the old lady think her name is jeanie mae tell her to go to front of dragon then put the bonnet hat on an the guy kills her go back to the guy an ask him to follow you. He helps out a lot he kills things before I can pull up my vats. He in my opinion is the best companion

just finished this up earlier tonight. awesome game IMO, and as a whole i probably even enjoyed it better than 3. ended up getting the "independent" ending when it was all said and done.

is that the place that has all nightkin(big invisible blue guys) in the basement? yeah, they tend to jump out at you.

so I think I pretty much broke the game and can't continue... I have been on the legion's bad side from early on (big mistake) - but I have the mark of caesar and it's supposed to act as a pardon supposedly.. take away any bad faction as long as you have it.. but I'm going to talk to Caesar and hopefully recover the chip there too.. but all the Legion just are still just KoS towards me.. and I die repeatedly and respawn right next to them.. over and over.. I can go back to a further load spot - but it is bugged so I'm not sure how I can continue the quest line.

weird that the mark isn't protecting you. i got into a few skirmishes with a few of ceaser's troops here and there throughout the game and was still able to board the boat and talk to caesar at his base.

if i were you i would try to reload the game at an earlier save, grab a stealth boy, and possibly try to sneak past everyone until you get to caesar so you can talk to him. i can't remember if they would take that away from you upon entering the camp, though.

Wow, better than Fallout 3? I just started Fallout: NV the other day but Fallout 3 is one of my all-time favorites.

I thought 3 was so good in fact that I bought it, traded it in after I beat it, and then bought it again a couple months later.

So if everyone is saying they enjoyed New Vegas more, then I'm freakin excited.

Also, the invisible nightkin in the rocket facility caught me off guard big time...especially when you play the game in the dark.

I googled it and apparently a lot of the people are having the same problem - and a lot of them are neutral with the legion.. so idk.
