Fallout 3

That was hilarious.

Finally beat the game... It was satisfying, I suppose. I haven't done all of the endings yet, though. Finished with Neutral Karma, lvl 20.

finally got around to beating this(good ending) and loved it for the most part. it was really fun, but for some reason my game went haywire at the end with glitches. liberty prime would just stand there when i was supposed to follow him. somehow, i finally got him to move. i also experienced a whole bunch of graphical problems. i don' think its the RRoD, since I looked this up and it seems that other people have experienced this kind of stuff on fallout 3 before, so it seems to be a common issue with the game. i was just wondring if anybody else on vn has experienced anything like this?

Just got the game.....It is awesome.

The sheriff of Megaton died at the very beginning of my game after I ratted that Burke dude out for wanting to blow the bomb up...I am currently trying to find the ant nest in the subway, havent located it yet.

Just wondering what happens if you actually blow the bomb up?

I noticed mine would freeze up for a couple of seconds every now and then....I am on PS3 though...

also, when i was playing last night, i was on a bridge and when i looked at the water it turned a neon green color (and that sounds like a gpu problem). i hate to say it, but it sounds like this game is just pushing my 360 to its limits. hopefully its not an omen or anything.

Where is this good ending I keep hearing about? It was one of the worst game endings this side of Halo 2.

all endings sucked, i just meant i got one of the endings that was associated with ending the game in good karma. i think it was good karma anyway. i talked the president into destroying itself and raven rock and didn't administer the virus. but i also let project purity explode because i stupidly couldn't find the place to enter the code, so i kept running around until the whole thing blew. i especially hated how you couldn't continue exploring after you finished the game.

Well, it's the direction you'd go in order to get mega negative karma. If you save the town by disarming the bomb you get a Megaton apartment, if you destroy the town by agreeing with Burk and blowing up the bomb you get an apartment at Tenpenny Towers.

i especially hated how you couldn't continue exploring after you finished the game.

They are apparently changing this with the DLC, and upping the level cap to 30.

The ending is going to be changed with the third DLC.

For errors like the game being stuttery, messed up water, or liberty prime not moving, I just turn off my xbox and restart. It seems when I have played multiple different games on the xbox prior to Fallout 3 without restarting, that's when I have problems. Try rebooting and starting fresh.

This would be consistent with RAM issues, I believe.

the dlc sounds like it will be awesome. i'll definitely be buying broken steel (the 3rd one) just to be able to continue playing after the main ending. plus the fact that i hated how the game ended anyway, so it will be nice to see a better wrap up of everything.

i haven't really played fallout that much since i beat it a few days ago, but when i did, i didn't notice the problems occuring anymore. i was getting worried that it might have been a sign of the RRoD, but I haven't really had any issues with any of the other games i've played in the last few days. other than the glitches, though, fallout was a great game. but i probably won't play it again until the broken steel dlc is released in march.

I started it last night, and like it so far. It is neat how the simulation makes you feel like you are in a different world (weapons/armor don't degrade, you can fight in a rather large squad that you customize the makeup of, etc.)

I am geekin' trying to make sure I don't miss any pieces of intel, though. I think I have 5 or 6 so far.

I think both The Pitt and the last one sound better than this one, and that bodes well because this one is pretty cool.

The Gauss rifle is awesome by the way, and the Chinese Dragoon stealth armor is cool looking too.

My only real knock on Operation Anchorage is it's linear, and thus kind of short.

Love the Gauss Rifle, the new T-51b armor, and Jingwei's shock sword. The stealth armor is awesome as well.
