F Microsoft and dang E-74 error

Only had my elite since March, and tonight I turn it on only to find one red ring and a E74 error Ms...:banghead2:

Already called and talked to a lady who spoke some language I've never heard of and couldnt understand her, but since I live in Hawaii outside the Contin. US, she has to "check" to see if i get sent a box for free, I am on hold for 20 minutes, after I have already been on the phone for an hr talking to a robot....SO i just hung up, ill try them tom.

Customer service has really gone down hill as far as people that you can understand

just go to xbox.com and you can do all you need there and not talk to anyone.
