In the Vols past 10 quarters, it has scored three touchdowns and given up four defensive touchdowns.
Plus-3 in turnover margin in its two wins and has been minus-4 in the three losses.
JG avoids throwing a pair of pick-sixes on consecutive possessions, UT likely wins the UK game.
To me that was more alarming than the pick 6 x 2. We were down 10 with the ball and we came out flat with no fight. Yes could the turnovers have something to do with that yes and I believe it did but it should not have to the extent of the horrible 2nd half we played. " IN CHRIST ALONE"It's not like UK outscored us 17-0 in the 2nd half of that game.....

Lol, it's a good thing they all played well and created those turnovers as I'm not sure Tua's 90 yards passing played any other factor in the win. Maybe our team needs to all kick in then if that's all it takes. Let's all try to play a bit better is the answer I feel. For those who don’t think a whole team hinges on qb play, check out how the dolphins played with Tua as their starter. #sparkplug
Not without knowing how many yds UT had total and how many 1st downs. If that were indicative of a ball control, efficient O that put up 4 TD's then... sure. You might expect UT to be in a game like that.If I told you JG would throw for 2TDs and 0 INTs and we would run 139 yards vs Bama, you might think we won. LOL.
