I believe the expectation to win is a big part of winning in any sport as well as having winners on your team. I have seen this in teams I have been a part of and the most success I have experienced as a coach was when I had young men who knew how to win and where winners. This was evident enough in these young men that it was a selling point to college coach’s that came and visited.
I believe we are seeing these things happen on this years team. They believe they are going to win and I believe we have added guys that are winners.
My question is, when do the fans expect to win? How long does that take?
I think today is the first time in a while that I expect to win. Feels good, but does it carry over?
How many here feel like you have turned a corner and have an expectation of winning games we should? If not, what/when do you think that will start?
