the self fastening ones with an extra liner are pretty good, but you have to have a ton of them and they take up a lot of drawer/shelf space. You also really need the plastic bloomers at night. They are certainly better for the babies skin, but do require a lot of commitment to stick with. I tried them for a while, but the boy could per through in the blink of an eye. I got over him constantly peeing the bed, carseat, bassinet etc
I'm happy she did, but I started taking little bit on the road to work with me at 6 months and it wasn't pretty lol. He still goes with me almost every day and it just wasn't feasible
