They were unranked at home playing a top 15 team who had all the momentum. Its unfair to say Butch would have mever made that call and then hold it against him. If the circumstances were the exact same im sure he would make that call

Butch wouldn't even go for two last year against Florida when it makes sense.

What makes you think he would make a gutsy call? When have you ever seen him not play it safe?

I forgot exactly one of the position coaches preaching about App St and how they will beat us and he was telling his position players that... It was a week or two before the game, read the article somewhere.. But I wished they would have listened to him...

So did some of us who know something about football and players on teams. App State will win a lot of games this year. We had a trap game for the opener and we won.
