To quality kids like Dobbs, absolutely. To the type that will cause problems no.

Also FSU traditionally has a poor reputation , thus less effect. This seems ananthema at Tennessee.

WE know how good a recruiter he is (pretty gooot) you got a whole year to catch up to us. :wink2:

It would make us all feel good if we had some 17ers committed....or still had Tee Higgins pledged. But as long as we're not seeing our best instate talent lining up to leave (Amari Rodgers notwithstanding, he was never coming to UT anyway) then we'll be okay. It is still very early in the process, and the best thing we can do to ensure a strong class of signees next February is to win on the field this fall. If we win the SEC this year, we'll get all the recruits we want.

Fans tell themselves " it's only March" or " it's a long time to NSD" to make themselves feel better. But everyone is concerned because our rivals are off to a great start and this lawsuit isn't helping.

If you post in this forum, you are concerned to some degree.

Damn there goes that logic again. The non concerned seem to think it's March for UT, but already December for the likes of Bama, GA, etc.:crazy:

I am not concerned. Not yet. I realize that almost all of our rivals have some commits, but I also realize that many of those committed players will wind up elsewhere. Maybe here. A commitment does not hold the water that it did even 3 years ago. I still get excited when we get a commit; it is good news for our program, but I really try not to sweat it this early. I do understand what you are saying, but I don't think it's time to get concerned. There will be plenty of time to get concerned later, and I likely will.
