Love me some cheeseburger... that's getting exotic for me... I usually stick to Chinese food, love it. Rice is amazing. I've had turtle soup and squirrel.

Squirrels (good), rabbits (good), frog legs (good), geese (have to know how to cook it), deer (the 2nd best IMO), ducks (same as geese), wild hog (better than regular pork), wild turkey (it's amazing the best of the list), buffalo (I didn't kill it though), elk (I didn't kill it either) and caribou (didn't kill it either).
I've ate a lot of different kinds of fish too.

I am going to go bear hunting this fall. I'll let you know what it tastes like.

Sushi is pretty good too.

Damn, how did you get them to stand still, and wasn't it gross that raw? I hope you kill the bear first.

I didn't think sushi was exotic anymore, love it. I did eat Rooster Fries at the Stockyard in Nashville.

I love Indian food. It's my favorite, I love the seasonings, curry, tumeric, etc.

I've had eel sushi, not bad.

Indian food will always be one of my favorites. I like northern Indian more than southern, but that is probably because I tend to eat it more often. I didn't even find good southern Indian restaurants until I moved to Boston - but you can find pretty good northern Indian restaurants in most larger cities. Have you tried Tibetan? I haven't yet...but there's a restaurant near my house that I want to try - I hear that it is a bit of a fusion between Indian and Chinese.

does hawaiian rug count? really wasn't much different from contiguous 48 rug, but did have considerably less rug to it.

didn't realize northern or southern indian food was different. I assume they only have Northern food here where I eat. Haven't tried Tibetan, just Thai.

Yeah...they're actually quite different. Southern Indian food is usually served in dosas...which are like large crepes almost, just not as sweet. It's pretty good - but I still prefer northern Indian.

Bull testicles

And, it was at a superbowl party about 10 years ago with alot of hot chicks. We told them it was chicken and they loved it!!

You soak 'em in salt water and cut them in strips, batter and deep fry them and nobody will ever know!! They are delicious!

Had all those except Caribou. Bear is good but different and it depends on what kind (not those trash eating black bears in the Smokies).

I'll also throw in moose and antelope. Most wild game really depends on how it's prepared. For example, antelope is ok but the breakfast sausage and summer sausage were amazing.

Jumped out of the tree with a knife and cut a piece off. :)

No my girlfriend's dad killed the caribou and elk.

Some guy my dad knows killed the buffalo.

One of my favorite dishes is lamb. It is a greek dish....a lamb shank is rubbed with garlic and peppercorns and roasted. It is sliced and layered with a mixture of goat cheese + chopped tomatoes + spices, then a layer of lamb, then the mixture, etc. All of this is wrapped in salt-cured grape leaves and then baked.

That, my friends, is GOOD.

I have to admit it sounds good, but I will take your word for it. I dont' think I can overcome my mental attitude toward lamb.

I find that lamb often has a weird aftertaste. I've had a few other lamb dishes in the last year or so that I don't care all that much for....but this one is a lot better for some reason.

I have only had lamb once and they served it with that mint jelly stuff...didnt care for it...but I bet it is good when prepared differently then when I had it.
