When is the last time it was Florida gameday and you could care less? I am going to make an attempt to watch but really could care less. I give the Vols about a 3% chance at an upset and have no real thoughts of it happening. All season long it has never felt like we have a game plan or coaching advantage even if the talent is "getting closer". It is Gator week and who really cares. Never seen or felt this type of apathy from me or the rest of the fan base.

I’m more excited today for this game than I’ve been in a long time. We should be celebrating HB taking snaps.

Hope you are right but getting kicked in the nuts for 15 years I am doubtful. But your profile pic.....thats whats I appreciates about ya. Now lets go $%^& this pig.

I don’t expect to win, I’m just glad the kid gets a chance to breathe new life into the program. We’ve needed this since Dobbs left. PS currently my favorite show.

It’s such a weird combination of emotions for me. For one...I’m excited to finally see Bailey get meaningful snaps. We’ve really not seen anyone but Jg get meaningful snaps at qb throughout pruitts entire time here.
But the negative is to at we all know what Pruitt is. I’m sure he’s fine as a defensive coach but he’s garbage as a head coach. Maybe the worst head coach we’ve ever had. Managing personnel, managing the clock, dealing with the media etc...he’s absolutely horrible. So what would an amazing showing by Bailey do for Pruitt? He needs to go. And at this point fulmer will grasp to any tiny sign of life he sees and use that to justify that he needs to come back

I have never cared this little about Florida day. Normally it's a week long rush that ends with a huge crash after the loss so at least I wont have to deal with that last part this year.
Feel exactly the same apathy and frustration have fully set in akin to going to the dentist for a root canal yearly.

I’m with you on this and to add to it.....if we somehow miraculously pull off the upset, idk if I’d be more happy or p*ssed.

I'll reserve my HB excitement for what occurs during the game. If CJP trots JG out there to start and waits for UF to get a 30 point lead before putting HB in OR giving him reps the last 6 minutes of a blowout, then no, I'll not be happy or excited for or what they are doing to HB.

I hope I'm wrong but I'm feeling like we see two drives with HB. Sometime in the second quarter and then when we're down by 24 in the fourth with 3 min left. Here's to hoping I'm wrong.

Beldar Gump needs to go he’s had 3 seasons and largely failed resoundingly. It kinda hit me in his first season after the win against Kentucky when one more win would get them bowl eligible the team simply rolled over and quit against Missouri and Vandy getting blown out. Then the loss against Ga. St confirmed it for me that this dude might actually be worse than Dooley and Butch. Dan Mullen could outcoach Pruitt from a hospital bed while in a coma lol. Cornbread is a god awful head coach the worst we have ever had.

Well, since the Liberty CCU game got changed up, which was supposed to start at 2, and since HB is starting, I reckon I'll be watching.
To answer the question, I'm very apathetic, but hey, at least we get to see HB play and see what he can do, as opposed to ... well, you know (same ol same ol JG).

Of course it’s assuming Bailey starts which is looking likely, but yeah I wouldn’t be excited about mop up duty.

What would your profile pic say if it could talk: Mark it zero.

But I’m gonna watch as always. Happy for HB, I hope he lights it up even if we lose.

yada yada yada, everybody says that and they watch every second of the game. Outside of Knoxville the apathy is so bad kids under 15 don’t even know TENNESSEE has a football team. You can always count on the Knoxville crowd to full the stadium and complain about bad football. Nothing ever changes!
