Dont think the significance of reeling in CMH could be understated. I would think Mariota would make a couple visits to Knoxville would help our QBs as well.

Steve Sarkisian was a fired head coach and was hired as an Analyst. Not even a position coach. Lots of people here saying he wouldn't take a QB position coach because he was just a head coach might be wrong.

Saban hired Sarkisian knowing Kiffin was leaving soon for a HC position. Butch knows Debord might be retiring soon so he might scoop Mark Helfrich up with the promise that he will have OC soon.

Sarkisian is a good coach, but his situation was incredibly different than just being fired.
