Says the guy who was wanting to trade Jones for Coaches with losing records like Freeze and Mullin. Or guys with worse records like The Hog Man or Kevin Sumlin.

If you think the same people that think BSIA is too often repeated on volantion are the same ones that think Vandy was an OK loss then I think you have a cognitive reasoning problem.

@ Carl Pickens: I think 2005 was less disappointing because of how much we have suffered. 2005 was just confusing to Vol fans that had a generation of mostly dominant football and good times. We never saw it coming and probably a little disbelief it actually happened. It's a shame it happened because 2005 might have been our best defense we've ever had.

The Notre Dame game 2004 was our Butterfly Effect. Sanders calling for Ainge to QB sneak it has had over a decade of (generally bad) ramifications for Vols and Vol fans. If Ainge doesn't get hurt and lose his way in 2005, Fulmer retires with a few more Championships. Kiffin is HC at San Diego State, no Pilot robbery with the Pahokee Package... Stooley is still the AD at La Tech and he probably has to hire his replacement football coach at some point!
