Everytime I watch/hear Coach Kiffin, I get more stoked!

I feel the same. But I was also excited when Michael Jordan's ex-roommate was named our head basketball coach.

I have high hopes for CLK. Of course I said the same thing about our team before this season. I will say though, this staff that's being assembled has the ability to turn UT into a proving ground for the NFL. We could be in for a very special time in UT football history. I sure hope so.

Let's be honest. Kids were recruited to Tennessee because it was an "NFL Factory" with a "Family Atmosphere".

The Coaches, for the most part, were not NFL Caliber. I'll give Chavis credit, and Cut while he was here, other than that, the coaches were not worthy of that title.

The Family Atmosphere apparently created a culture where favorites were being played, seniors received more playing time, which fostered younger players to have no extra motivation to develop early in their career.

Kiffin seems to have his sights on fixing both problems.

All Hail King Kiffin!

If Kiffin falls flat, I'll still be a Vol fan, and I'll still be here.

If he succeeds, what will you do? Not an attack, but an honest question.

Go Vols.

That source is from something I read on Rivals, I believe. Friend of players that said after the initial meeting with Kiffin they were all stoked cause the best would get played instead of favorites (Crompton and Foster being two of the examples cited).

Eric Berry is so good, even he can surpass seniority under Fulmer.

I'm ready for a new spark.... at least we don't have to see the same plays over and over and over again... cutcliffe, sanders, clawson... all the same garbage.... say what you want but fulmer dictated the playbook.... watch a duke game from this year... you will see plays you never saw before... it's because coach cut ran HIS plays.... at least the element of predictability will change on our offensive scheme this season:rock:
