Just wanted to post some of the happenings all in one place.

Queen City Volunteer Open

The Charlotte UT Alumni Chapter cordially invites all members of the Vol family to participate in a fun-filled golf outing to be held Friday, August 31, the day before our Vols kick off the season against the West Virginia Mountaineers in the Belk College Football Kickoff!

The cost of the event is $75 per person. Included in the price is 18 holes of golf, range balls, and a Carolina BBQ dinner after the round is over. A portion of the proceeds will be contributed to the Charlotte UT Alumni Scholarship Fund, benefitting current and future VFL students from the Charlotte area.

Early Meet & Greet at Infused
Friday 8/31 6-10pm

#CLTVOLS have been working hard to paint Charlotte Big Orange Labor Day weekend!
Join us on FRIDAY, 8/31 from 6-10pm at Infused for a meet and greet with VOL Football Legend, All-SEC, All-American, Super Bowl Champion, LEONARD LITTLE!!
#infused will be #allvol offering:
-UT themed Jack Daniels drink specials
-Big Orange giveaways
-UT fan central

Later Meet & Greet at Vault Charlotte

For the UT fans who are getting into CLT later, will be at the Queen City Volunteer Open supporting our amazing Noah Hays Scholarship Fund or want to continue the celebration of UT Football being back- we have you covered, too!
Friday, 8/31 from 10pm-2am LEONARD LITTLE will be heading over to Vault Charlotte for a night filled with more #allvol entertainment including:
-Jack Daniels specials all evening
-UT themed drinks
-DJ and dancing

Join us for the Belk College Kickoff Game (Tennessee vs. West Virginia) on Saturday, September 1 11:30 am to 3:30 pm at Cedar Hill (624 South Cedar Street) for the Official Tennessee Volunteers Tailgate Party.

The "Ultimate Game Day Experience" let us handle all the planning, you can come and enjoy yourself!

For your "Tailgate Experience" we will have tailgate food (Burgers and Hot Dogs), domestic and craft beers, Truly Spiked & Sparkling and a selection of wine from Thirty Seven Wine and Eagle Canyon, full service liquor bar, non alcoholic beverages (water, iced tea, energy drink, Powerade, and soda's) DJ Spinning, and Entertainment (Cornhole and Ladder Golf).

LOCATION :: 5-7 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium

@bigorange I'm assuming the tickets for the tailgate event do not include parking, right? We'd need to park somewhere else, then mosey on over to Cedar Street for the festivities.

Out of towners (and even some in-towners) might want to park somewhere down South Blvd. and take the light rail in. it's quick and cheap.

Correct, parking is separate. There is parking available right at the tailgate and two other lots on Morehead about a 5 minute walk. You can buy passes for those parking lots from the provided link.

Admission to the tailgate is free but you do need to register online and get a ticket (required so they can have enough security on duty). There will a cash bar at the tailgate or you can buy one of the drink / food packages if you want the all you can eat and drink option.

Welcome to Charlotte for the big game. Head over to Bank of America Stadium early for the official Belk College Kickoff FanFest, featuring live music, food and beverages, a kids’ zone and more. FanFest has it all, and is the place to be before the teams hit the gridiron. Free to the public, the Belk College Kickoff FanFest is the ultimate fan experience before kickoff.
