Even More Obamacare Follies

Yeah! Fewer Americans with health insurance. USA! USA!

This actually might be a good thing if it meant a shift away from workplace insurance to the exchanges. But sadly I don't think that will be the consequence.

Yea! Delaying the mandated business portion until after the elections! Can't see the politics at work here at all!

Yea!

Hmmm...

Republicans: Obama violating Constitution, but little can be done about it | Fox News

Washington Republicans on Sunday restated their argument that President Obama has violated the Constitution by using executive orders to alter the Affordable Care Act, but acknowledged they likely have no recourse or ability to stop another incident.

Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, told “Fox News Sunday” that congressional Republicans think the president abused the government’s separation of powers by using the executive orders to sidestep Congress and delay the law’s employer mandate.

Not very often you not only have the national media report the fact you are nutless but go on record and say it yourself. And isn't the House responsible for the articles of impeachment? Wouldn't the violation of the Constitution be an impeachable offense?

I think there are some interesting similarities between Obama and Andrew Jackson. Both are/were popular with the people (seen as outsiders or transitional figures) and had a congress of the same party. Both didn't enforce laws (Jackson even a Supreme Court decision). In my opinion, both violated the constitution and nothing was or will be done about it with regard to impeachment. The key difference is in the issues surrounding the lawlessness. The removal of Native Americans was something that could not be put "as was". Obama's actions seem reversible after his popularity fades, congress changes and he is out of office.

Obama acts like his balls are the size of his ears. He can do what he wants because he's the first black president. Everyone on the left wants the dude to be a success plus those that go along in the media.

This is interesting. This is happening in rural, economically depressed areas. Were we not assured the poor would have better access with ACA? Good news is it plans to reopen as a limited service facility.

It takes a special kind of stupid to continue to believe anything this administration says.

There are a few people who fall in that category that post here daily.

Is there anybody here that can name any "Major Foreign Policy Triumphs of the Obama Administration"? I'm just curious to know "any" that has put a positive light on America in any way...thanks.

the problem here is that even though Bin Laden is dead, Al Qaeda isn't. So Obama has a symbolic foreign policy victory, but nothing else.
