Even More Obamacare Follies

Wrong.. some on here act like every idea the GOP has is brilliant and every Dem idea is bad. Just showing some FACTS. It is beyond me how intelligent people are so color blind when politics are involed. The truth is both sides have a few good ideas and a bunch of bad ones. Both sides are hypocritical liars.

Yeah most people know this. You simply repeat this as nauseam and it's old.
You aren't adding to the conversation.

Prices are already creepin back up. There is a uncounted unemployed in this country. I believe 2 out of 5 are out of work still. I don't think there will be enough young people who want to pay into ponzicare. Young pay for the dying old, F that!

You still paying $5 for a loaf of bread?

You mean like that the enrollment has exploded in recent weeks and is growing proportionally at a much higher pace than Romney care did, and further that at the current pace it will easily meet the projected numbers? Or, do you mean that the fantasy of it failing is so clung to by the GOP that they'll pronounce it has failed, even well before the facts are in?

If so, you are dead on.

link?

ACA Enrollment Rising, but Not Fast Enough

But the enrollment numbers -- a combined 364,682 -- are still well off what they need to be to hit the Obama administration's target of 7 million enrollees in private coverage through the exchanges before open enrollment ends at the end of March, several health policy experts told MedPage Today.

Throw in the over 5 million who lost their plans and I'll still contend that come Jan 1 the number of insured is down rather than up. The number of paying insured (excluding new Medicaid) will be substantially down and it's unlikely that 7 million new people will sign up for insurance through the exchanges by March.

and even if they get the individual insurance situation resolved, the employer mandate is looming at the end of next year

White House Will Allow Some To Buy Catastrophic Health Plans - WSJ.com

Mrs. Sebelius wrote that those with canceled plans who are having trouble paying for a new plan will be eligible for the hardship exemption. "As a result, in addition to their existing options these individuals will also be able to buy a catastrophic plan," she said.

People who buy catastrophic coverage under the broadened hardship exemption will be exempt from the penalty imposed on many Americans who do not have coverage starting in 2014.

It wasn't immediately clear how many people might be able to take advantage of the new option. The administration said Thursday that it believed that fewer than 500,000 people whose existing coverage had been terminated hadn't yet enrolled in another plan. The letter from Mrs. Sebelius didn't set out what people would have to do to show they qualified for the exemption because their policies had been canceled, or whether people who had already selected other plans could change their minds now.

Amazing

Obama says this past year of 2013 hasn't been so bad.......for him. What a moron. He doesn't care about the people of this country only himself. Six million people have lost health care insurance policies & more coming for next year & he says this past year hasn't been so bad for him. What a selfish turd. He should be walking around with a big face palm & biting his finger nails for his stupidity of what he's done to millions of families.

It's like a bunch of 10 year olds playing monopoly......they never know the rules.

There are no rules if you make it up as you go. Rule by decree. Obamacare is so complex, the lawlessness cant be defined nor stopped. The result is a fiat government and lawlessness by the society in general.

More folks have shown support for Phil Robertson in 24 hours than people that have signed up for obamacare in 3 months.

Federal Exchange Deadline Extended for ACA Coverage | NBC4 Washington

Deadline extended. I guess Pajama Boy can have another cup of hot chocolate and spend another day in his jammies.

Love this rationale

Anticipating high demand and the fact that consumers may be enrolling from multiple time zones, we have taken steps to make sure that those who select a plan through tomorrow will get coverage for Jan. 1

they just now figured out the multiple time zones thing?
