Evan Berry at MLB???

Well he can't be any worse than Jumper. One snap is too many snaps for him. I will never understand Butch and Shoop's infatuation with him. He practices well? Cool. He sucks in games. That's more important, or so I thought.

Maybe Colton is a practice beast and has every intangible the coaches like. I mean, he was the starter of choice by Jancek and the last defensive staff, Shoop and this years staff, and of course Butch. I mean that's pretty darn near a consensus on the young man.

Then it comes game time. :eek:hmy: Here's to hoping CJ has the breakout game and season of his life.

Would love to see what Berry could do there too. Also, does anyone else think Bynum is more suited to MLB than OLB? To me he plays more like a run stuffer. At least in the way he looks on the field. Is it just me?

I would like to see Elliot at some point just to see what he has. Im fine with giving Jumper the start but if he bounces off tackles like he did against VT, I hope he is promptly replaced.

agreed. a qb that can pass and run!

Did you watch the game? I hope this isn't a dig at Dobbs. Peterman had 91 passing yards and 52 rushing yards against PSU. His longest completion so far has been 24 yards and he averages about 5.5 yards per attempt. He is a game manager and it has worked for Pitt. They are a run first team. He isn't exactly airing it out.

Bynum does look like a Mike linebacker. He was a very accomplisher wrestler in High School.

I love the fact that Jumper is a VFL. But, you take his father out of the equation, and Colton never steps foot on the field imo.

How much do you personally know about the Jumper family and their donations to UT, that's what I thought, you know very very little.

I can't like this enough ! Let him cut his teeth on the Bobcats !If history is any indication, him being a Berry, there's a slim chance he might be a decent player. 👊👊👊GBO
