It was a good class man, but you I think your counting your chickens before they hatch....the way you make em sound is that we had the number 1 class.....but interesting none the less

I think you have to read his post in the context of the current situation of our football team. It isn't as much a statement of the quality of our signing class as it is the lack of depth on the team currently.

A lot of these guys will be contributing not because they were the best recruit at their position but either because they will be more talented that what we have already or we don't have the depth to RS them.

Good OP, though. Very nice summary I thought.

Greg Clark is from Northside HS in Warner Robins, about 2 miles from my house. I don't really follow HS football here, but both Northside and Warner Robins HS (where former Vol Jason Respert went to HS) have very strong programs that are in the mix for the state championship every year (Northside was runner-up last year). I am guessing that he'll be a good, solid player for the Vols.

faster than Da'rick Rogers while on the OP he is listed as slower.

Flame on, but Rogers looks a little too slow for the SEC and too easily tackled to me.

I hope I saw one of his worse hilite reels.

Players stayed after practice pretty frequently last year, as well. Apparently it was difficult for coaches to even end scrimmages.

Yeah some but no where near this. That is coming directly from a player.

Great Post PT Vol! I appreciate the informative analysis. Keep it coming. You may want to add the USC transfer too since he will play this season.
