College Football Daily just showcased the Vols along with Ohio U (OU beat Penn St). Said we were one of the most surprising teams in the opening week. The host (don't know who he is) said that Cordarrelle Patterson forced the media to have to learn how to pronounce his name. Sure hope this one stays healthy and behaves himself off the field. He is special and is a game changer.

Matt Stinchcomb just gave major props...saying that after Friday's showing, Tennessee should be in contention for the SEC East.

I thought it was quarter-el

Lol. It is pronounced in a way that it does not read tho .

Core..... Daryl. I think pronouncing it with the elle emphasized sounds better but hey, it ain't my name. Cp will be known far and wide soon.

This is what I thought...

But CJC called him Cor Darrel in an early interview.

That's how I remember it, too-- coaches pronounce it CORE Dare uhl or Cor Darrel. Announcers should just go with CP, since they'll be saying it a lot!
