ESPN U poll and bash thread

I have ESPNU because I have DirecTV, which is better than whatever you have, unless you also have DirecTV. If you do have DirecTV, you should join me in the mezzanine this evening for truffles, caviar and the finest bourbons and wines. We shall throw balloons filled with Dom Perignon at the Phillistines in the lobby.

I get ESPNU but can not get ESPN3 or CSS. I miss more of Tennessee's game by not getting CSS than I would if I did not get ESPNU. As I said yesterday, the SEC network has a lot of holes which need to be plugged. Maybe the SEC Administrators can get Slime to fix the problem.

You could get ESPN Gameplan coudnt you ? 145 for the season I think - has all the same games as ESPN 3 has

I love it that they hate us. I'll love it more when the wins start piling up and they must speak of Volnation. so..... :finger3: for now.....and :the_finger: coming soon

I get it but not in HD. I just hope they don't use all those crazy camera angles like they did in the Vandy game last year. That was a hard game to watch, I had no idea Rogers caught the TD because the camera was behind people on the sideline.

That game was filmed in and for 3d not for HD

They may cut from the game early because we all know how people looooooove them some wasthington oregon rowing battles.

ESPN never ever leaves a game early to start the next one - when I used to get gameplan (before the ESPN 3 days) the early game could be 63-0 and the UT game would be joined in progress - nothing could piss a fan off more than that crap did

If rowing is on we will be put on the back burner..... book it.

I used to have ESPNU until I cut packages due to Directv charging over a $100 a month for crap. Netflix and the basic package suits me fine.

Whether you have ESPNU or not... this is a slap in the face to Tennessee from ESPN and the Chick-fil-a Kick-off game.

Bull caca!!!!!!!!!! I have AT&T U-verse too (but don't know why) and when weather is bad enough, it is affects it. First, let me expalin the "don't know why" comment. I have DirecTV for TV and AT&T Internet only (no phone service) for my webbing. Got that recently and not via DirecTV. But when I did get AT&T something funny showed up on my TV sports channels. Channels I didn't subscribe to as far as I know could be watched. And of course on my computer I had access to online streaming of game sites I had no access to before.

OK, now my old Dish service was easily knocked out by heavy rain, thunderstorms and the like. Easily, frustratingly etc. DirecTV for whatever reason seems more resistant. It stays up through stuff that kicked Dish's booty. Yes, it gets knocked out in bad storms but seems to be for short periods, from a a few seconds to a few minutes whereas Dish would be out for 1 and though rarely, up to 2 hours. But maybe Mom Nature is just toying with me for now, I know if she means business, the jig is up. As for your claim above, Taurus excretion!!!!
If the U.S. military forces are forced to shutdown during truly bad storms you think we believe you have some nature proof TV service from the 5th dimension? Not likely.
