ESPN Titletown (merged)

Its kinda like when Trinity College won the Pontiac game changing performance. Though it was a really sweet play, it doesn't really mean much when you're not a D1 team, or in the national eye. Valdosta could have won 600 straight games, and no one would care. Just like a last second victory in a d-1 level game should out rank even the craziest play in a like D3 school or whatever they were. My high school, which is a 4A school, literally had a bigger stadium.

you can't really fault ESPN for Valdosta winning. It was a fan vote and evidently the people of southern Georgia got out and voted. Congrats to them. ESPN didn't flop anything, they just held a public opinion poll and you don't like the results so as usual, you are crying.

ESPN hates us.

Valdosta St. is in my conf. they've had some pretty good basketball teams. they've got a nice arena, and some hotties that go to that school

the better high school teams in Florida would regularly beat any team from Valdosta...

It's not like the state of Georgia doesn't play good high school football. There's a reason Mark Richt doesn't have to venture out of state too often to field an SEC Championship caliber team.
