Anyone else seen this today, they put up a poll on the best game day atmosphere.
We are the only SEC school represented and you can def tell the other states are behind us.

No WAY it should be Michigan. It's basicaly a hundred thousand people playing the quiet game in that stadium. Can't be Oregon either, their stadium's too small, as is Notre Dame's which is like a glorified high school stadium. I'd say the only school that can match UT's gameday or at least get close is LSU.

Make sure to observe that the question is which stadium presents the best atmosphere among the options listed. It does not ask which is the actual best atmosphere among all campuses out there.

I can promise that the swamp doesn't have the best atmosphere unless you like to sweat enough to fill up a bucket.

I just voted for UT. Rally the troops and vote for UT VN.

YES! EVERYONE TO THE VOTING SCREENS SINCE THESE POLLS ENSURE UT'S SUPERIORITY OVER OTHER COLLEGIATE FOOTBALL PROGRAMS!

who cares who wins? it's a competition to see which team's fans can vote the most.

and, for the record, laxpro, gameday atmosphere encompasses so much more than just a stadium.

I do think it's funny, looking at the map, to see how each area holds their own. The southeast has TN for a lock. Upper midwest has Michigan and Nebraska. The NW has Oregon. The FL yankees are trying to get Michigan and ND ahead of us. We'll see if that happens. I will say that there are several SEC schools that have unbelievable game day experiences that are probably better than a few of these. Schools like FL, LSU, Bama and GA.

i just read the first post. i obviously didn't go to ESPN to vote for reasons that i already stated.... so i posted on the information that i was given. for the record, i don't like UT's stadium for gameday atmosphere, honestly. i'd rather sit at home or go to someone's place (but it's hard to find vol fans in florida) than go to Neyland.

I saw this poll on College Football Live last night. We officially won by a very small percentage.

You are one of the very few. I'd say that if you ask coaches and players on other teams who have played in Neyland, about half of them would say it's the best environment they've ever played in. It's Corso's favorite, several players on Notre Dame's team favorite, and as I read today Follet of the Cal Bears said it was the best environment he's ever played in. If you don't like Neyland stadium, then you apparently don't like live college football. (not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just a pfreference) Have you been to any big games and sat in good seats before?

Do you really not like the atmosphere or is it more that it's just not a comfortable place to watch game with how cramped it is?
