The only thing im worried about is if this guy can recruit he's a great coach but can he recruit because you have to recruit in the SEC.

This would be my choice.

Recruiting is all about who you surround yourself around and by that I mean assistant coaches.

He would be a huge upgrade x's and o's wise. not sure if we win "the press conference" with him and not sure about recruiting either.

Recruiting wise, look at what he has to work with at TCU and the kind of kids he brings in on the budget.

He would have a joygasm coming to Tennessee!

The first thing he would say is, I have a plane!?!

Imo if we can get Patterson and can keep Kippy and Thompson we'll be set. If we could hire Rodney Gardner for D-Line coach... Would be amazing.

I could live with Patterson, I just hope he can recruit the players that need to be recruited to do well in the SEC.

I would love to see the 4-2-5 in Knoxville. It is a crying shame that Berry would not be in the system. He would probably get double digit sack totals.

I don't know much about Patterson, other than that he looks like Phil Fulmer part 2. Why do so many people want Malzahn? I don't want that crap on offense.
