More than likely Tank, but then again I never hated Fulmer or Majors...I respected them as coaches and the way they carried themselves even when pounding the **** out of UGa.

Let's hope this staff can carry themselves with class in victory and defeat.

I am sure they will once the new wears off and the very young Mr. Kiffen establishes himself. The guy was never given a fair shake from day one. I think he will be successful sooner than later...we will see.

Curious that every poll the result of which makes UT look good is "spot on" and being answered by the most informed fans, whereas every poll that makes you look bad is being answered by illterate Korean exchange students.

Or fans of a school that didn't know what football was until Steve Spurrier arrived.

It's a strange coincidence, that's for sure.

The majority of voters still say it is a normal or good thing. The negative option is being chosen mostly in states that hate UT. We already knew they didn't like UT. They are seeing what they want to. It might look like a meltdown from the outside, but it isn't.

I hope every other school in the country hates UT football and the staff. Just like they hated Jimmy at the U and The Ole Ball Coach at UF.

I would bet that initially, Kiffin's relative youth will be a negative to "the football establishment" and many fans, but that it won't be anything but a positive for recruits. Which matters more?

And, of course, none of it matters without steady improvement and W's.

These types of polls in general and this one in particular are useless and stupid. Anybody with half a brain would consider some number of attrition whether booted or voluntary a good thing after a 5-7 season. A 5-7 season would indicate that the team and many of the players sucked and some need to go. A little additional digging would show what a bust the 2005 and 2007 'monster' classes have been and would realize we need as many available scholerships as possible to reboot this mess as soon as possible.

The doldrums must be happening everywhere.

Instead of polling people about a topic they have no insight into, why don't we ask people:

Before this year, when was the last time you answered or saw a poll about UT football?

Kiffin knows exactly what he is doing. We are back in the spotlight. Our rivals hate us again. ESPN has articles or polls about us multiple times during the week. This is called speed recruiting. We need recruits to see that people are leaving and that UT football will soon be back to the standards our fans expect. It's go time.

That's a great point. Had Abrams-Ward, Maples and Paige left earlier we might have been able to keep Marlon Brown in state.

I don't hate ut. none of the other gator fans I've talked to hate ut, which is quite a few considering I just graduated. just another notch in the bedpost is our opinion on ut. we do think your coach is a little baby who needs to spend a few minutes in time-out, fwiw.
