Mizzou lost to UK, BC and only beat Central Mich by 10.

It's time to put the dropped passes and dumb penalties behind us and win. If we execute, don't come out in a post UF funk and stay mostly healthy throughout the game I say we win by 14-17 points. The team needs to gel and grow up this weekend. I say we smoke them.

For all your miserable people out there I just wonder on Mother’s Day if you don’t just punch her in the face and tell her to kiss your ass.

And as they roll up their sleeves say, "Now Mom, you know we go through this every year now hold still." :D

Missouri is not a good team. Losing to them would be terrible for bowl game hopes. They are one step above South Carolina. Our offense should run all over them. I agree with @supersmo18 , eliminating dumb penalties and making the easy plays gets the W.

Toss-up games come down to minimizing mistakes. Haven't seen Missouri play so I don't know if they are a mistake-prone team. I know the Vols are unfortunately. Until that gets corrected, it's hard to imagine anybody feeling confident in a conference road win.

I don't understand this. What with our own discipline penalties yet to come down and if or whenever the NCAA moves, I don't expect a bowl this year and maybe next. Along with some pretty tough recruiting limitations.

I think the whole goal of getting bowl eligible is so we can go ahead and take a self imposed bowl ban. If we get the bowl ban out of the way this year, and it is only a one year ban, then that part is behind us. Same thinking with scholarships, we have 71 scholarship players now, so we are basically taking a 14 scholarship reduction this year. I am not sure if we are doing that as a self imposed penalty, but it might not hurt.

However, the NCAA may not care about any of that and make a completely new round of penalties.

We had a chance to beat Pitt, but we gave it away. Mizzou did the same thing against BC. Mistakes and penalties will determine the winner of this game. Hope it's the Vols.

Everyone has had us losing to Pitt, Florida, and now Mizz. Shows you how far we have fallen. However, this is the game that will reveal who we actually are right now. I think we can win this one.
