ESPN's SEC most underrated players.

SEC slant: Midseason's underrated players - SEC Blog - ESPN

CB: Cameron Sutton, Tennessee
While we wait for Tennessee to break through as a program under coach Butch Jones, there’s one Vol who has already announced himself to the SEC: Sutton. The true freshman corner has come up big in big moments this season. He’s hauled in three interceptions, defended seven passes and even had four tackles for loss.

Good to see cam getting some much deserved love...too bad they don't know what year he is.

Anybody else tired of the whole "ESPN hates us" theme we keep sticking with?

Honestly, I love ESPN. What else am I suppose to watch on TV? HGTV?

I agree. If you want to see someone that really hates us go to the SEC Network and watch them when Finebaum is on. ESPN will be back on board with us when we are winning again.

It's a little known secret that every fan base thinks ESPN hates their school. Even Bama fans think this. It's called stupidity in all fan bases. People confuse entertainers with reporters. ESPN is not in the news business

ESPN doesn't hate us, but they do suck. We live and breath SEC football so we arn't bothered by the ESPN SEC love, but they do really over-do it sometimes. It's easy to see why other conferences hate the SEC. It gets shoved down their throats at a ridiculous level. I realize its the best conference around, but it still gets over played.

I'm glad they mentioned Cam. He's deserving of more honestly. To say that ESPN doesn't fact check is an understatement. I mean true freshman?? He started all last season and was on the All SEC freshman team LAST YEAR.

Not sure when Cam will get his due respect from the media, but Ill gladly take him as the best kept secret that he is. He's the best corner in college football, or at least one of them.

ESPN can't even get it right that Sutton is a Sophmore, not a Freshman.

If you don't like ESPN then don't watch it. There are several other ways of finding out what toothpaste Lebron is using this week.

Do you guys remember when ESPN was in a helicopter and following Peyton Manning's SUV when he was meeting with several NFL teams. I felt like I was watching a documentary on the OJ Simpson police chase. ESPN has become more like a sports tabloid, rivaling the likes of TMZ, than a sports highlights show. Constantly shoving feces down our throats, whether it was the Brett Favre retirement/unretirement saga, or the relentless Johnny Manziel coverage earlier this year (what happened to him, oh that's right, he's riding the bench in Cleveland).

They did get the "Cam Sutton is the man" part right.

They finally corrected themselves.

The sophomore corner has come up big in big moments this season.

If they think he's good now, wait until he's a sophomore!
