Anyone else notice how quickly ESPN shot through highlights and went straight to Cal/Minn game that nobody cares about....sounds like dodging the "we were wrong for bashing TN all week" conversation.

- I don't think Crompton is starter next week. We are way too handicapped with him at QB. If we had someone like Locker this team wins the SEC with our defense.

- Gerald jones has made some key mental mistakes 2 games in a row

Typical. What do you expect them to do though?

I second that, but CBS did give us some props

Sorry conspiracy theorists....It was because the previous game ran long and they're short on time.

i definitely noticed this along with everyone else i was with! i've seen tennessee more on tv in the last week than in the last 3 years! but suddenly when EVERY analyst in the country was wrong and the vols played a close game with the "untouchable" gators we hear absolutely nothing. typical for the vols to get zero credit when it is well deserved!

i think we will get riggs after this game. He was visiting florida this weekend. U know he has to be impressed with the way we played

They called our defense "relentless" and said we played the whole game. Those are two comments I've not heard about us from much of anyone for quite a while...

Wait til the nightcap to complain...when they actually have the time to spend on all the big games equally.

I found the questions by CBS to Kiffin and Meyer after the game ridiculous. Bush league attempts to capitalize on controversy. Otherwise, Lundquist and Danielson did have some positive things to say.

I can't stand those guys. Lundquist is an idiot. Everytime someone clearly picked up a first down all you would hear is "that just might be a first down". It drove me crazy for some reason. they would be 5 yards pass the marker. At one point I had to put the tv on mute..

I don't think we'll hear much on the nightcap; Washington's win over USC and Oregon's win over Utah will probably take up most of the major discussion time.

Thought the same thing. I do NOT understand why Verne is still on TV. He should be gone. He honestly knows nothing about the teams or the rules.

No doubt Lundquist is an idiot. I'm not sure why CBS settled on him years ago. There are way worse announcers out there, but he is near the top. And, yes, they don't seem to be able to see first downs and other obvious things on the field.
