I can't speak for espn, but keith jackson basically ran charles woodson's heisman campaign that year. He got a plug in for woodson every chance he could.
Then there was the whole trailer park frenzy thing with chris fowler. Fowler made those remarks after supposedly being hit by water bottles or something while on a gameday set in knoxville.
