I wish ESPN would go the way of CNN so someone else could fill the space with actual sports coverage.

The one positive of ESPN is that they still have a great website and their broadcasting of actually live events is decent. There shows are really bland though.

CNN fails on all levels including their garbage website.

The issue with sports today is that now Podcasters/Youtubers get as much of a draw and provide analysis at the level that was only seen on ESPN 10-15 years ago so there are multiple voices out there.

ESPN stopped being about sports quite some time ago and you could swap ESPN/CNN shows and not notice the difference
