Lovie's says he is not interested, Gruden may have been or maybe even could still be, but he also said he's not interested. Granted these are the kind of responses you expect, even if behind the scenes they are talking.
The money it would take to hire either one of these coaches would be huge. UT would also probably have to fork up big bucks for assistance's also much like Bama did. Add all of this up with Fulmer's buy out...and ..that is a large stack of coin. I think a man who would return us to the elite in our conference would be worth every penny. Are either of these guys that type of coach, recruiter, ambassador, and the new face of UT Football? If you think they are, then how much are they worth? You know if a deal is made with a NFL or X-NFL coach we have to live with it for a while since the contract will cost so much. I hope everything works out for UT and this coaching hire, but it's sure gonna cost a lot....I hope whoever it is, well.....IS WORTH IT!

He tells players how it is and is very direct. He is a drinker and has received multiple DUIs. He basically recruits tirelessly but at the same time has attitude with recruits if they get cocky. HMM-our 5 star recruits would never be like that and with the spotlight at Tenn if he drinks he will not be able to keep it quite. Maybe this all not true but I doubt it. So come on back and say it ain't so and my sources blow. But, why would we need to take a risk on this guy? He has a 2 million buy out as well so we would have to pay for him to. No thanks

He got it off of a Michigan St. message board thread from 2 years ago. It has never been reported by a reliable outlet. This Jewbaccah guy is dense.

How do I respond to being called dense hmmm...I could go this is my IQ haha, but you would not know what that is or I could say I went to... University but again not likely to register...I could say some people put a Dr before my name then you would think I am a medical doctor and it would take too long to explain..so lets go with this: I am rubber and you are glue whatever you say bounces off me and sticks on you:hi:

I feel better. He got it expunged like any guy with a lawyer would do fyi--If you know the signs of a drinker look at his pic and it is all there if you do not know what I mean then ask a doctor.

I am aware of the signs being referred to, but I question whether other things can create them, making a definite diagnosis dangerous.

Well I watch Celeb Rehab with Dr Drew and I see those cases once a week.

True but when a patient comes with symptoms that are the Flu 98 percent of the time the Doc usually just calls it the flu. That with the blog rumors and stories of his personality and it seems to fit, it is just my opinion.

still think(and hope) it will be Chuckie when it is all said and done......just get this feeling ALOT of Tn people still want Tn people coaching, or those with ties and will show loyalty.......I'll bet Phil made it clear to Hammy on this one....just a thought......

and wishful thinking also.....

There is no way we are getting anybody in the NFL that still has a contract at the end of the season. Anyway regardless of who is coach, I have a question for everybody.

What are expectations for next year?

I just want to feel like we are playing hard and have a chance to win every game and then the second year I would like to win 10 games. However next year could be a death trap to a new coach. If Florida wins it all(and maybe if they don't) think about how many people leave. Tebow, Harvin, Spikes, etc. They will be down next year. Georgia could lose, Moreno, Stafford, etc. They will be down. Hell even Vandy could lose a couple of underclassman to the draft. The east will be weak next year. So I know there will be lofty expectations even if we only win 3 this year? Your thoughts:question:
