ESPN can't figure out if they love or hate us?

So I was perusing the daily SEC blog today and noticed that some of the ESPN writers sure are having a hard time deciding whether we are the favorite to win the East or if we are just over-hyped. Specifically, that clown Edward Aschoff, who has us at #4 in the SEC overall, one ahead of Florida, but debated that he isn't picking us to win the East??

Furthermore, in the overall power rankings, we are ranked #9 in the nation. So how can some of the same guys that won't pick us to win the East are the same guys that have us at #9 in the country with Florida not even in the overall national ranking but Georgia is?

I swear these guys don't even pay attention to themselves and just write articles for click-bait.

3 out of 4 of their roundtable people picked Florida in the East? They must know something I don't. They must be counting on the voodoo hitting us again. 3rd year in a row Florida has put a crap team on the field, somehow we managed to bumble away the last two but I just don't see it happening this time.

After careful consideration, I conclude that some will be right and some will be wrong and you can bet they will all be back next year with more speculation.

It's not about love or hate...it's about the Benjamin's. That's why Notre Dame gets disproportionate coverage even when they are down.

I just don't get the hypocrisy they display in those linked articles. So, TN is more talented, has a better overall roster in most positions, and is a heavy East favorite, but 3/4 of them pick Florida/Bama in the title game?

It's like they are afraid to officially pick us. Whatever. Who cares. This is why I need football season to start. All I know is TN better make the title game or I will have zero interest in watching the game in Atlanta this year. Florida could very well have another fortuitous season overall, but in the long run I don't think they have the horses or depth to give Bama a good game. Would be another bore just like last year.
