A lot but only one is kinda newsworthy: DC. Other than that, can you really see ESPN using sportscenter to tell the rest of the country that Tennessee got a new offensive line coach?

No, they're not.

Believe me when I tell you that 99.99999999999% of the employees at ESPN are more knowledgable and informed than your average poster here at VN. Assistants come and go at schools like UT. Just because we had very little turnover in Fulmer's 16 year span, doesn't mean it was a good thing.

espn/abc have long hated UT---they will go out of their way to report the bad stuff.

You must just halfway keep up with UT & nobody else. There's a ton of other schools that have had & replaced assistant vacancies. There's nothing new about it.

I saw the Sunseri hire on the news ticker at the bottom of ESPN when it happened, as well as heard them give a brief mention of it on ESPN radio.

Yesterday on ESPU they were talking about Sunseri and Thompson exchange. They were pretty much saying that Tennessee got a really good recruiter/ Coach and so did Bama. They said expect great things from Sunseri in the future just from what he has done at Bama.
