He wasn't doing steriods. His gf (whose dad is a doctor) gave him some pain meds to help him recover from his injury. It was his fault for not checking that drug out, but it had something in it banned from the NFL. I truely believe it was a honest mistake...he has no reason in the world to take steroids

Was this reported anywhere?

All athletes accused of taking steroids all say it was a mistake, due to a dietary supplement recommended by a trainer, pharmacists, etc. I can't recall anyone saying, yes, they took steroids and knew they were steroids.

I'm friends with his fiance and apparently he tested positive for adderall. All it says is he violated the steroid AND drug policy so it actually never says it was steroids.

I'm "friends" with her too. She told me it was Viagra.

jimmy hyams reported he tested positive for Adderol. Apparently Ainge has ADHD, either way, i guess it's a banned substance or contains a banned substance.

People on this board are not very trusting. you act as if it's completely illogical that I might be friends with someone who I went to college with for four years...

I believe ya. Isn't she from Chattanooga, or lives in Chattanooga....signal mtn to be more exact?

I wish people would realize there is a difference in corticosteroids used for reducing inflammation and anabolic steroids which are banned for building muscle. They are totally different and anabolic steroids are usually not in cough medicine.
As for he interception in the SEC game, thank the call on that one. The defender admitted he knew the play the minute he saw the formation...he had watched them run it on film all year. Note to Coach Kiffin....run some new plays in the championship game that everyone hasn't seen all year! Now there is a thought! Funny how everyone wants to jump on Ainge, but I guess if we had him this year, we might still have Fulmer and no hope for the near future!
