Yeah this is all rubbing me the wrong way. I understand they are trying to fire Pruitt with cause but they know the game... The compliance office should be helping the coaches/boosters avoid getting caught. This is yet again another example of institutional dysfunction.

I think there is something not right with your post and I believe you misunderstand the role of the compliance office (unless your post is blue font).

No, I think the our internal compliance people should be helping us keep up with UGA, LSU, and Alabama in paying for players like we have been since the 90s.

So...all those pointing fingers at Freeze’s run In With the NCAA as reason to not hire him.

Pot meet kettle.
I actually think this news will kill any hope of hiring Freeze. Can’t be under investigation and attract a great coach OR anyone with previous major NCAA issues.
