The way he hits he should be playing safety instead of CB.
He's not that good in coverage to be a starting CB.

Thing about Eric is he will never be a starting corner, but is perfect in the slot imo.

His skillset is perfect for a zone coverage zone blitzing scheme from the inside.

So good he could fill that roll on the next level imo. For some reason his skillset is just a perfect match.

He's not good enough to beat out Marsalis Teague, and you've got him playing at "the next level"? :loco:

He had a good game. Those hits without wrapping up may not work against better talent though.

He was trying to EB people, worked against MTSU. Maybe he will show up in all games.

It was worth the trip to Neyland yesterday just to watch 24. It felt really good watching that kid play football last night.

I thought he was one of our best DBs coming into the season, hopefully he keeps it up and steps up against Arky

He is without a doubt the best corner we have outside of Waggner. He played well last year. He is aggressive and hIts hard. He has been in the dog house with CTJ so I hear.
