I second this:lolabove:

We need to get rid of Harper and I think Berry at Corner with Finnegan on the other side would be a great squad....

OMG that would be fun!....

OF course, since we are dreaming...I want Hardesty and Berry on the Colts...:)

Berry and Polamalu in the same secondary would be hardcore! Someone please photoshop EB in black and gold.

Belichick has been watching EB since day one. That's how he stumbled upon Mayo and traded up to pick him 10th overall. Seeing that New England's defense is in distress EB will most likely be in Foxborough.

New England has the draft picks to do it

1st Round
2nd Round
2nd Round
2nd Round
4th Round
6th Round
7th Round

They also have 2 1st Rounders in '11 Draft.

while my college football loyalties are well defined, the nature of the NFL leaves me following my favorite players and cheering for those teams. The colts? i dont' care about the colts, but they are one of my favorite teams b/c of peyton. the chiefs? i don't care about the chiefs but i love watching colquitt punt (which he does often). What i love about UT is that no matter where he goes he'll always be a Vol and ill always cheer for him (unless he goes to the Raiders, haha)

i agree with this... i can remember being a Cowboys fan for a little while in the early 90s because of Alvin Harper. That was before the Titans, of course. With that said I still could NEVER cheer for the Pats... but I hope Mayo does well... after he comes back from his injury

Scott Pioli is looking to trade down for more picks here in Kansas City. I would love for Berry to be a Chief, but the Chiefs have too many needs so they are going to look to trade down.

Really? It seems like they aren't missing too many pieces. I am not too familiar with their O-line, but it seems like Berry would be the type of guy they would want. You don't trade down a shot at Eric Berry unless your safeties are Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu. I think they need play-makers more than anything.

I think the best situation for Berry, though it's not likely would be with the Jets. If I could choose I'd put him on the Falcons or the Colts.

Colts trade Joseph Addai and 2nd rd. pick, and get EB, and then Hardesty in the 3rd. Simple enough... :salute:

Addai and a 2nd round no where near equals the value of a top 10 pick

you'd have to at least throw in your first round pick too, and I'm still not sure that would be enough

meh....it's possible, but new england would have to give up 1 and 3 2s for one player....especially if they only get to pick a 4th, 6th and 7th afterwards. Bellicheck hasnt seemed the type to blow it all to move up for any player, but rather to take some good ones high and find diamonds in the rough and depth deep

It work on a Madden NFL Football trade scale, but Bellichek's not the kinda guy to make those trades

and how is their defense in distress? cause they lost 1 game to the jets?

And he traded down to get mayo; they had the 4th or 5th overall pick b/c the 49ers were willing to give up a 1st round pick for one of their o-linemen....a pick i think any team would take 9/10 times

You just may get your wish. The Titans are not looking good so far, and their schedule is brutal.

the second half of their schedule eases up considerably; their more than likely going to be one of those teams that finishes on a wins run and ends up with a mid-round pick

Yeah Al Davis will not draft a Tennessee player as long as Kiffin is our head coach. But cleveland isn't a bad team considering the other possibilities. Personnally I'd love to see him go to any of the following teams: Titans, Colts, Pats (even though i hate them), Giants, Baltimore, and honestly Dallas Cowboys.... just picture him wearing a STAR on his helmet.
