Jacksonville would love to draft Joe Haden with the number 10 pick. Until recently, everyone thought Haden was a lock to Cleveland, but with the possibility that Eric Berry will be available at number seven, the Browns are likely to take him since they have a more pressing need at safety. If Cleveland passes, Jacksonville is likely to take Haden since Oakland needs defensive linemen and Buffalo will probably take an offensive player

from Tim Casey

Berry could certainly help MH turn the Browns around

No one can argue the fact that the Jaguars organization love to draft gators so I could see it happening

I have a feeling Haden is going to be mediocre in the NFL at best. Shame I live in Jacksonville and see the kid take a similar road as Reggie Nelson.

The fanbase is worse. They'll demand a gator but won't buy season tickets

I hate the Jaguars because they are challenged in the player evaluation department

I live near Jax too, the Jags have drafted a few Vols over the years. Big John Henderson is a fan favorite down there, they had Eric Westmoreland for a while. They had Deon Grant, Tony Mcdaniel. Little Man Stewart was also the second pick of their inaugural draft. Just some fun facts I guess I'm sure there are other Vols I missed.

The fans, what little they have, down there are expected to backlash when the Jags dont draft St. Tebow, they have no need for him other than selling tickets. It should be pretty entertaining to watch.

I suppose I owe an explanation. The Jags will pick a guy who is not worthy of that pick and then not develop him because they don't have the coach or staff to make him a better player.

The Jaguar staff needs to go. Nelson has been a huge disappointment especially with all the hype. Derrick Harvey has been a joke as well. Haden will not improve this defense at all. In fact the Jags NEED a pass rusher or a DT to consume bodies. They were at the bottom half of sacks last year and desperately need someone to fix that.

Joe Haden would not provide instant success on defense or even have a chance at doing so. Because of the staff and the QB will have time to pick them apart. With a league that has Vince Young, Peyton Manning, and Schaub it will just be too hard to defend if you can't get to their QBs.

The funny part about the Tebow thing is it won't sell enough tickets to be significant. Why buy season tickets when Tim won't even play? If the Jags draft Tebow then I feel sorry for Jags fans and Jax. (I'm a dolphin fan BTW)

It's going to take a whole lot more then MH and Eric Berry to turn the Browns around. They are a couple a years away from being close, IMO.

I know, I lived in Jax Beach for four years. I could basically get a ticket for free while I was there.

I can't lie i wish he would fall all the way to the texans at 20. So i could see him live 8 weeks a year and on tv every week.

But i must sadly admit i think he is all seahawk.
And i will get to see him once a year on tv at best.

I live near Jacksonville also, and completley agree. IMO, the jags need too clean house and start over completley or move somewhere else.
