I have a question. How are these winners determined for these awards? I know that the Heisman is determined by votes. Is this award determined by the same format? If so how can this be ESPN's fault if the people voted? Unless we are saying that their influence swayed voters. Not trying to stir the pot, I would seriously like to know.
